Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a high-performing operations team for global and regional Professional Services, Training, and strategic accounts.
  • •Establish and monitor core operational metrics/KPIs, evaluate business trends, and optimize team capacity and resource allocation.
  • •Drive process optimization by evaluating operational workflows end to end.
  • •Manage Training Operations logistics, including scheduling, resource provisioning, enrollment workflows, and operational tracking.
  • •Run the global revenue forecast and partner with leadership on business trends; oversee custom/strategic account delivery workflows and high-touch support models.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to understand complex business issues and provide swift, scalable solutions.
