Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
  • •Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as Universal Testing Machines (Instron, MTS), hardness testers, and scanning electron microscopes (SEM), plus tools like optical microscopes and polishing/grinding equipment.
  • •Experience using analytical instruments such as FTIR spectroscopy, DSC, and DMA.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Experience preferred: instrumental analysis and laboratory techniques (e.g., cross-sectioning, scanning electron microscopy) and troubleshooting analytical instrument problems.
