Compensation Program Manager

Drive compensation strategy and execution by leading compensation programs, job architecture implementation, and annual/mid-year planning cycles. Partner with People Business Partners and leadership to design salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation aligned to organizational goals, market trends, and internal equity. Lead job evaluation and market pricing analyses, resolve complex compensation issues, and support change management and communications across the People Team.
