Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Accounts Receivable operations to ensure accurate, timely processing and collections.
  • •Supervise and support one Accounts Receivable team member with guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • •Monitor customer balances, reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and manage cash application.
  • •Process and control customer collections across bank transfers, credit cards, cheques, and direct debit transactions.
  • •Drive collections for overdue accounts, prepare AR aging/forecasts, and support month-end/year-end close and working-capital ownership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.
  • •Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising team members (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of collection processes, customer account reconciliation, and credit management practices.
  • •Fluency in English and strong communication/stakeholder management skills.
