Account Receivable Executive

Lead and manage Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accurate processing of customer transactions and timely collections. Monitor balances, reconcile accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies while managing cash application across multiple payment methods. Own DSO and customer working capital, prepare AR aging and collection forecasts, and support month-end and year-end close activities. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and an outsource provider to drive process improvements and automation.
