Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, develop job postings, and initiate recruitment plans aligned with budgets and workforce planning.
  • •Post vacancies on internal/external platforms, source candidates via CV databases, referrals, agencies, and professional networks, and manage screening and shortlisting.
  • •Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers and manage logistics and timely candidate communication.
  • •Administer assessments (including psychometric/technical evaluations) and support fair, standardized selection processes.
  • •Prepare offer letters and coordinate salary approvals, facilitate pre-employment verification, and liaise with onboarding and medical licensing teams for timely mobilization.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the UAE healthcare sector or a large corporate environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter) is an advantage.
  • •Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare sector regulations.
  • •Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with excellent sourcing/headhunting and strong communication skills.
