Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MRB (Material Review Board) and reprocessing efforts to mitigate supply chain risk without impacting quality.
  • •Organize and run MRB & Reprocessing meetings, ensuring compliance to MRB/rescreen processes and related QMS.
  • •Drive accurate containment scope and methodology, aligning with supply chain on the recovery plan.
  • •Make risk-based disposition decisions using in-line and reliability data; prepare and present timely executive MRB summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to organize and structure data effectively.
  • •Strong knowledge of Assembly & Test processes and failure modes.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing and using statistical tools, Unix, and JMP.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
