Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in operational analysis, modeling & simulation, operations research, or related defense/aerospace roles.
  • •Strong working knowledge of military operations and modeling & simulation (M&S) and operational analysis techniques.
  • •Prior experience in force-on-force analysis, CONOPS development, or military campaign modeling.
  • •Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, tools (Brawler, ESAMS, etc.), JCIDS, and military operational testing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an STEM domain and ability to obtain/maintain active clearance (Active Secret at minimum).
