Montage & Construction Site Manager (Lier, VAN, BE)

Lead the end-to-end montage department for prefab-concrete projects, managing 4 montage teams through site supervisors. You organize on-site work, plan long term between in-house crews and subcontractors, and support estimating and engineering studies. Ensure daily monitoring of activities, resolve montage issues, oversee safety via VCA inspections, and manage billing/facturation proposals and invoice checks. Maintain customer and internal stakeholder relationships while following safety, wellbeing, and PDCA environmental principles.
