Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end responsibility for the entire montage department and lead/motivate about four montage teams with site supervisors.
  • •Assist sales engineers with preparing the montage offer (technical aspects and pricing).
  • •Organize all montage activities for projects including determining crew vs subcontracting and assisting during the montage study.
  • •Hire and manage required montage equipment and manage subcontractor selection, conditions, and ordering.
  • •Monitor safety and resolve daily montage problems; support wellbeing and environmental compliance, including monthly VCA inspections and facturation/invoice checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in Construction (Ingenieur Bouwkunde) or equivalent experience.
  • •Fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Willingness to travel across Belgium.
  • •Extensive experience as a site or project manager (preferably with a class 8 contractor); knowledge of prefab element installation is a plus.
