Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct AI risk assessments across the full model and system lifecycle from development and validation through deployment and monitoring.
  • •Advise clients on implementing EU AI Act, GDPR, and relevant financial-services regulations and develop compliance-by-design and governance-by-design approaches.
  • •Advise on explainability, transparency, fairness, robustness, and security, including AI risk profiling, control design, and documentation standards.
  • •Develop AI governance guidelines, model documentation, and audit-ready frameworks with guardrails, review processes, audit trails, and escalation paths.
  • •Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data Protection, and IT Security and brief senior stakeholders on AI risks and mitigation measures.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in AI Risk, AI Governance, Model Risk Management, or Regulatory Compliance, ideally in regulated banking or financial services.
  • •Deep understanding of AI-governance frameworks and evolving regulatory requirements, especially in the European context.
  • •Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational and technical controls, including AI assurance, model validation, and audit processes.
  • •Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style, with interest in using shared AI tools and AI-enabled workflows responsibly.
  • •Fluent German and English with strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
