Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the post-sign-up experience for business clients on the Client Platform.
  • •Build UI that lets clients browse thousands of gift cards/rewards, view dynamic pricing, check inventory, and place bulk orders seamlessly.
  • •Create workflows for discovering new products and requesting access to regional catalogs.
  • •Enable clients to submit feature requests directly through the portal.
  • •Design in-dashboard help center and ticketing/communication loops so clients get answers quickly without emailing account managers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building user-friendly B2B dashboards, SaaS platforms, or e-commerce client portals.
  • •Comfortable discussing how systems work with engineering teams; understand what an API is and how data moves between systems.
  • •Strong product sense for clean, intuitive interfaces and simplifying complex workflows into fast journeys.
