Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather facts and analyze client business requirements, then design and demonstrate solutions that support findings.
  • •Participate in planning, design, and implementation for assigned enterprise applications and/or systems.
  • •Perform testing and troubleshooting of installed enterprise applications, documenting issues for escalation to product and integration teams.
  • •Set up test scenarios, assist clients during testing cycles, and participate in functional testing and process configuration discussions.
  • •Prepare end-user documentation and user manuals; support peers and teams in areas like functional testing, application configuration, and data migration.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned enterprise applications consultant experience with one or more applications such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft.
  • •Experience across enterprise project lifecycles from scoping through post go-live.
  • •Technical guidance experience for planning, design, and implementation of enterprise applications.
  • •Client engagement experience and ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; enterprise application-specific certifications are preferred.
