Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure the project by formalizing development plans and organizing the project kickoff.
  • •Lead the development scenario to maximize engineering efficiency and oversee execution (coordination and steering of the multidisciplinary team).
  • •Manage engineering performance with regard to cost, quality, and schedule, and represent engineering in business reviews.
  • •Prepare and organize internal and customer development reviews; participate in supplier development reviews; ensure product configuration management.
  • •Contribute to client communications through project progress updates and demonstrations.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 with at least 5-10 years of experience in developing aerospace equipment (HW, SW, product), with ESO/ETSO experience preferred.
  • •Proven functional team management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of certification standards (DO-178, DO-254, DO-160) and IMA (DO-297).
  • •Industrial experience as industrial lead on a development project or as a serial product owner, with ability to implement Design for Production to meet FPY and production cost objectives.
  • •Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams and delivering to contractual requirements.
