Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to the Security and Land Access function, ensuring effective coverage and continuity of services.
•Maintain and manage data records, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of information.
•Coordinate facilities-related activities, including liaising with Defence stakeholders regarding the Amberley building and associated requirements.
•Preparation and management of program management artefacts, including meeting agendas, presentation packs, and action item management.
•Undertake travel as required, both within Australia and internationally, to fulfil the requirements of this role (typically within Southeast Queensland and Northern Territory).

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
•Understanding of physical security requirements and compliance with security policies.
•Apply knowledge of project, program, or business systems to support operations and improvements.
•Ability to prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and project documentation.
•Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and coordinating task workflow.
•Eligibility to obtain and maintain NV1 security clearance (as needed).
