Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop implementation approaches, delivery schedules, and execution activities aligned with approved business objectives and development requirements.
  • •Manage end-to-end development delivery from concept through handover and operational readiness, including delivery performance against quality, schedule, cost, and readiness targets.
  • •Evaluate feasibility assessments and business case inputs to support investment evaluations and commercially viable development decision-making.
  • •Ensure development governance compliance across standards, policies, regulatory obligations, and stage-gate activities, with transparent reporting and timely escalation.
  • •Coordinate planning, design, commercial, delivery, and operational workstreams and integrate operator/tenant/partner requirements into development planning and activation readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Property Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •10-12+ years of experience in retail development, mixed-use development, commercial real estate development, destination development, or integrated development environments, including relevant managerial experience.
  • •Experience managing development delivery across concept development, handover, and operational readiness to achieve opening milestones.
  • •Professional certifications or memberships in recognized real estate, retail, development, construction, or project management institutes (e.g., RICS, ULI, PMI, CIOB, ICSC) are preferred.
  • •Strong ability to evaluate feasibility and business cases and contribute to value optimization initiatives aligned with commercial and financial parameters.
