Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a diverse team of electrical engineers to deliver electrical designs for radar and combat management systems.
  • •Make, discuss, and document electrical design choices, and guide engineers with technical problems and standards.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues in designs or prototypes.
  • •Partner with the Hardware Architect and Work Package Manager to design solutions within time and budget.
  • •Report team progress to the project manager and work to achieve project milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •An HBO or WO degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • •Ability to lead, coach, and support multiple electrical engineers (junior–medior–senior).
  • •Experience working on critical, complex problems for radar/combat management systems.
  • •Competence in creating and managing electrical schematics and product data using Eplan and Windchill.
  • •Excellent Dutch and English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to obtain Dutch security clearance.
