•Provide advanced strategic business partnership with C-suite and senior leadership to translate business strategy into a comprehensive people strategy (talent, culture, organizational health)
•Lead organizational design and transformation initiatives to create an agile, scalable, high-performing global organization
•Develop and manage AI-driven talent strategy, succession planning, and quarterly talent reviews for critical roles
•Harness workforce data, predictive analytics, and AI-powered HR tools to generate actionable insights and address talent gaps or retention risks
•Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of high performance and continuous feedback

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 246,000 - 304,500 annually

•15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in strategic HR, business transformation, and organizational design, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment
•Deep expertise in talent strategy development, performance coaching programs, and organizational effectiveness
•Advanced Data & AI acumen with ability to use AI, workforce analytics, and predictive insights for talent decisions
•Proven success as a trusted advisor to senior executives with influence on organizational strategy
•Exceptional communication and synthesis skills, ability to drive clarity across levels of the organization
