Key Responsibilities

  • •Screen infrastructure debt opportunities, coordinating with the wider global team, and prepare screening papers for the Investment Committee.
  • •Conduct detailed transaction due diligence by reviewing and analyzing financial, legal, commercial, and technical reports.
  • •Prepare investment proposals and materials for the Investment Committee and present to current and potential investors.
  • •Assist in negotiating debt terms with borrowers, advisers, underwriters, and placement agents.
  • •Support ongoing review of financial and operating performance through meetings and liaison with agents, lenders’ counsel, and lenders while staying current on market developments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,402 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Economics, Resource Economics and Policy, Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy, or a related field, with five (5) years of finance experience.
  • •Experience preparing investment and portfolio materials, including due diligence documents.
  • •Experience in private and credit infrastructure investment and debt strategies.
  • •Experience with Excel tools including Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA macros.
  • •Experience conducting financial analytics, interpreting financial statements, and performing independent sector research using AI tools and resources (e.g., generative AI).
