Job Summary

Drive Zurich’s AI-led digital transformation by leading discovery, translating business needs into PRDs, user stories, process maps, and business cases, and supporting the full solution lifecycle. Partner with business stakeholders, AI engineering teams, and vendors to design and deliver digital solutions, manage scope and dependencies, run UAT and hypercare, and track adoption and benefits realization. Apply data-driven analysis and Lean Six Sigma to improve operations and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery activities for transformation initiatives, including understanding current-state processes, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
•Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, then translate them into PRDs, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and business cases.
•Bridge business users and AI engineering teams to design fit-for-purpose digital and AI-powered solutions and coordinate delivery across scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholders.
•Support UAT and hypercare by developing test scenarios and acceptance criteria, managing defect resolution, and supporting go-live and post-deployment enhancements.
•Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement, support governance/audit/risk/compliance needs, and maintain delivery documentation and success metrics.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Project Delivery, or Operational Excellence.
•Proven experience supporting end-to-end project or solution delivery from discovery through implementation.
•Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
•Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent process improvement experience).
