Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of large to medium projects, covering scope, budget, schedule, resources, governance, and customer engagement to meet agreed objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and expenditures to ensure timely deliverables and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate project and technical resources; oversee forecasting and revenue reporting; provide regular status updates and decision tracking for governance.
  • •Maintain accurate project, resource, financial, and forecasting data within Dell project management tools to meet reporting and operational requirements.
  • •Provide end-to-end project leadership across applications, infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity domains, including design, build, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with PMP certification or an equivalent qualification preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering results in customer-facing environments.
  • •Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to obtain and maintain relevant Singapore Government security clearances.
  • •Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including PivotTables and data analysis).
