Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate footwear fit, comfort, style, and performance during prototypes, samples, grading tests, and production stages.
  • •Work with footwear technicians to support last and new construction development, assessment, and corrections.
  • •Provide honest, constructive feedback and identify any fit issues or defects.
  • •Follow instructions for how to fit and wear the footwear during fitting sessions.
  • •Maintain detailed fitting approval records and foot care while staying reliable, punctual, and courteous.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a foot shape representative of an average customer and fit the target size (US 6B).
  • •Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
