Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate footwear fit, comfort, style, and performance during prototypes, samples, grading tests, and production stages.
•Work with footwear technicians to support last and new construction development, assessment, and corrections.
•Provide honest, constructive feedback and identify any fit issues or defects.
•Follow instructions for how to fit and wear the footwear during fitting sessions.
•Maintain detailed fitting approval records and foot care while staying reliable, punctual, and courteous.

Key Requirements

•Must have a foot shape representative of an average customer and fit the target size (US 6B).
•Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
•Good sense of style and fashion, with attention to detail and passion for quality and craftsmanship.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
