Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the on-site quality representative at the contract manufacturer, overseeing end-to-end quality for interconnect optical transceivers and CPO sub-assemblies from incoming inspection through final assembly.
  • •Monitor and enforce manufacturing quality standards (including ESD controls), perform line setup and audits, and ensure process adherence while proactively identifying and escalating quality risks.
  • •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by assisting product bring-up, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams across global locations.
  • •Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using 5D/8D reports and support continuous improvement efforts at the CM site.
  • •Collaborate with NVIDIA engineering, NPI, supplier quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure product reliability and successful ramp to production.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of hands-on experience in quality, process, or NPI engineering roles, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or optoelectronic components.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Materials, Process, or Quality Engineering (or a related technical field).
  • •Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies such as SPC, 5D/8D, and FMEA, including root cause analysis.
  • •Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs), including on-site support and line audits.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with remote engineering teams, with strong English verbal and written skills.
