•Lead and mentor a CRM team of 2+ professionals, fostering experimentation, autonomy, and continuous learning.
•Define end-to-end lifecycle strategy for North America and Latin America, building sophisticated automated journeys for activation, cross-sell, and retention.
•Drive commercial impact by improving CRM metrics such as conversion, churn, and lifetime value, using data to prove value.
•Serve as the primary Americas CRM voice across the company, partnering with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams to align communications with roadmaps.
•Collaborate with regional Product Managers and Engineers to ensure customer communications are relevant and compliant with product strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 139,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, with 2+ years in people management.
•Regional expertise in North America and Latin America, with localized messaging and value propositions.
•Data-driven with experience in cohort analysis, A/B testing, and measuring incremental lift.
•Hands-on with enterprise CRM tools (preferably Braze); comfortable discussing data schemas, API triggers, and HTML/Liquid with CRM engineers.
•Proven ability to write local briefs and present long-term strategy to leadership, while autonomously driving execution.
