Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble complex electromechanical assemblies for CT scanning systems using work instructions and CAD drawings.
  • •Perform QC checks using factory checklists to validate build quality.
  • •Test and troubleshoot CT scanning equipment to ensure factory specifications are met.
  • •Track work performed in company software tools and document issues, required reworks, and machine configurations.
  • •Test X-ray sources in a manufacturing test bed and support large-scale equipment crating per work instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience assembling electro-mechanical/mechanical components from detailed work instructions and CAD drawings.
  • •Ability to read and interpret mechanical part and assembly drawings and instructions.
  • •Proficiency with hand and power tools (including vernier calipers and torque wrenches) and basic electrical testing (digital volt meter).
  • •Experience performing QC checks and testing to validate build quality and factory specifications.
  • •Ability to follow factory safety protocol and lift up to 60 lbs.
