Assistant Teacher

Support a Montessori infant or toddler classroom by observing children, preparing and maintaining a calm, orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen the classroom community. This role is ideal if you enjoy working with young children and want to grow within the Montessori approach.
