Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to Principal Consultants and Associate Directors on technical, managerial and financial matters
•Mentor junior staff to enhance technical skills and professional development
•Help prepare scope and fee estimates for new projects and ensure delivery within budget and KPIs
•Contribute to client contact and liaison and deliver high-quality reports
•Support project management activities and oversee workload to ensure project success

Key Requirements

•Relevant BSc/MSc/BEng Civil Engineering or Transport planning degree
•Membership or working towards membership of a chartered professional institution e.g. CIHT, TPS, CILT
•Experience in using pedestrian modelling software such as LEGION and/or traffic microsimulation software such as Vissim
•Project management (delivering medium or large transport planning projects)
•Supervision of workload and support to junior staff; client contact and liaison; experience producing reports to a high technical standard
