Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical direction and delivery of Frontier Traders end to end, from data ingestion to the trader-facing product.
  • •Build and scale pipelines that attribute spot and perpetual volume across Solana venues, normalizing fills, wallets, and accounts.
  • •Design and operate the rewards engine for campaigns, points, prize pools, and leaderboards with correctness requirements.
  • •Build and maintain VIP tier systems, including rolling volume windows, tier progression, and rebate calculation.
  • •Ship real-time experiences such as live activity feeds, leaderboards, and tier progression, and own integrations with ecosystem partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record building and shipping products end to end with clear personal ownership.
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals and the judgment to identify the hardest technical problems across the stack.
  • •Technical proficiency in Rust and other performant programming languages.
  • •Experience with high-volume data pipelines, indexing, or real-time systems where both accuracy and latency matter.
  • •Working knowledge of Solana (accounts, transactions, program interactions) and familiarity with DeFi market structure, including spot/perpetual venues, AMMs/order books, and maker/taker fee/rebate dynamics.
