Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, guide, and appraise staff involved in bid/proposal activities.
  • •Study tender documents and prepare tender resumes and synopses of tender requirements.
  • •Issue subcontract bid packages and review procurement bid tabulation.
  • •Prepare estimates of costing and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • •Attend client meetings and liaise with other departments to support proposal handovers and project award handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
  • •8+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •Sound multidiscipline technical knowledge with contractual matters understanding.
  • •Strong commercial awareness and computer literacy.
  • •Clear behavioral strengths including planning/organizational, negotiation/influencing, analytical, and good presentation/communication skills.
