Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and coordinate the daily activity of the maintenance technicians team.
  • •Plan and allocate resources based on operational priorities.
  • •Run team meetings, shifts handovers, and safety meetings, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
  • •Ensure follow-up of preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance operations and support technicians in resolving technical issues.
  • •Coordinate subcontractor/external provider interventions and ensure quality execution using GMAO, performance indicators, and intervention reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a BTS/DUT/licence in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics.
  • •Have 2 to 4 years’ experience (or more) in the industrial sector, ideally with special-purpose machines and prior experience coordinating/animating a team.
  • •Demonstrate strong industrial maintenance knowledge (preventive, corrective, and curative).
  • •Be highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and resources effectively.
  • •Use IT tools and GMAO, and have English skills for exchanges with technical experts.
