Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-person or virtual meeting assistance and conference production support.
  • •Support end users in operating collaboration tools and provide assistance and training on AV systems.
  • •Perform meeting/conference setup and regularly check AV and videoconferencing rooms in line with established standards.
  • •Conduct routine and advanced preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on AV/VTC systems, including tasks like projector lamp changes and filter cleaning.
  • •Perform show tech support for planned events and complete administrative service tasks and documentation.

Salary: USD 29.5 - 38.46 hourly

  • •Minimum 3–4 years of audiovisual support experience preferred.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
