•Build and operate the company’s operating model, including forecasting, planning, and operational cadence.
•Partner with the leadership team to translate company priorities into measurable operating plans; drive metrics, processes, and reporting to ensure cross-functional coordination between GTM, Product, and Leadership.
•Architect the company’s long-term operational systems strategy and implement core business platforms (Finance, HR, Recruiting Ashby) to scale with growth; establish ownership boundaries and vendor management frameworks.
•Define scalable governance and reporting structures to support reliable decision-making and cross-functional alignment across Finance, People, and Ops.
•Oversee operational finance workflows including revenue recognition for subscription SaaS contracts and maintain SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV) to inform leadership decisions.
