Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operate the company’s operating model, including forecasting, planning, and operational cadence.
  • •Partner with the leadership team to translate company priorities into measurable operating plans; drive metrics, processes, and reporting to ensure cross-functional coordination between GTM, Product, and Leadership.
  • •Architect the company’s long-term operational systems strategy and implement core business platforms (Finance, HR, Recruiting Ashby) to scale with growth; establish ownership boundaries and vendor management frameworks.
  • •Define scalable governance and reporting structures to support reliable decision-making and cross-functional alignment across Finance, People, and Ops.
  • •Oversee operational finance workflows including revenue recognition for subscription SaaS contracts and maintain SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV) to inform leadership decisions.
