Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop TRM’s cyber mission perspective by identifying top cybercrime and cyber-resilience challenges and publishing thought leadership.
  • •Source and qualify opportunities by building relationships with authorized buyers and transferring commercial ownership to the right account executive.
  • •Shape, scope, and validate mission programs with customers, defining outcomes, delivery models, and what requires custom product, data, or AI.
  • •Build the commercial structure across multiple engagement models while managing delivery risk, staffing assumptions, and scope boundaries.
  • •Launch and scale new engagements by assembling teams, establishing operating rhythms and KPIs, and recruiting talent to build enduring mission capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of meaningful cyber experience with the credibility to explain cyber mission problems from first principles.
  • •Demonstrated commercial ownership, including personally sourced and scoped complex engagements of roughly $10M+.
  • •Track record translating mission outcomes into delivery plans, including staffing profiles, technology/data requirements, processes, decision rights, KPIs, and launch plans.
  • •Founder-like behavior: ability to will consequential things into existence and cut through institutional complexity.
  • •Private- and public-sector fluency, including meaningful experience selling to or operating within the U.S. government (federal contracting preferred).
