Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialist procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients
  • •Manage and collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes
  • •Support clients in post-contract Contract Management of major projects
  • •Support development of procurement services provided by Turner & Townsend
  • •Support business development and marketing of the Contract Services team’s service proposition

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading or supporting projects in a strategic procurement environment; strong tender preparation background and development of key documents
  • •Experience in supplier engagement activities from market engagement through to contract award
  • •Cross-sector experience with Utilities/Defence and Security/Public Contract Regulations; able to lead procurement strategies and documentation
  • •Experience with NEC4 contracts; knowledge of Alliancing/Partnership Contract arrangements
  • •MCIPs accreditation progress or intention; degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement (preferred)
