Job Summary

Execute specialized technical and research activities to advance mineral and resource knowledge within Sustainability & Resource Growth. Conduct research and analysis using geological/geophysical data and processing characteristics, generate technical insights for exploration and development, and support R&D innovation through experimentation and new methodologies. Optimize resource utilization and continuously improve workflows, while maintaining datasets, documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct research and analysis on mineral resources using geological/geophysical data and processing characteristics.
•Develop and enhance resource knowledge frameworks and datasets; evaluate mineral properties, material behavior, and resource potential.
•Analyze operational and research data to identify performance improvement opportunities and generate technical insights for exploration and processing.
•Support R&D initiatives including pilot testing, experimentation, and development/testing of new methodologies and approaches.
•Maintain resource-related datasets and technical records with accuracy and traceability; support governance, risk, and compliance and collaborate cross-functionally across geology, geophysics, mining, processing, and R&D teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Data Science, or a related discipline.
•3–5 years of experience in mineral resource analysis, research, or mining/processing environments.
•Ability to perform data analysis and interpret technical datasets.
•Knowledge of research methodologies and analytical techniques.
•Familiarity with resource modeling and data management tools (advantage).
