•Repair dents using paintless dent repair techniques such as glue-pulling, hail repair, and fixing creases and body lines.
•Handle larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers as part of vehicle reconditioning.
•Support on-time delivery commitments by working when mandatory overtime is required.
•Follow safety and protective equipment procedures while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
•Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, including hail repair and repair of creases and body lines, on steel and aluminum panels.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work in a fast-paced production environment and follow safety equipment requirements (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, non-slip shoes).
