Job Summary

Senior BIM Technician for highways supporting civil and infrastructure projects. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team on highway design and drafting using CAD/Microstation and related Civil 3D/infra tools, handling multiple projects with adherence to Canadian/International design practices while collaborating across offices. Hybrid work arrangement with a focus on technical accuracy and timely delivery on complex highway projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Senior Technician in technical analyses and preparation of base maps.
•Analyse ground data and prepare graphical representations (plans, profiles, cross-sections).
•Annotate design work (barrier, border, pavement markings, signage).
•Prepare highway/roadway detour paths and associated plans.
•Create typical sections and details for highway projects.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related certificate; 3-10 years of highway/infrastructure drafting experience.
•Proficiency with CAD, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of InRoads, OpenRoads, InfraWorks and Civil3D is an asset.
•Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work to tight deadlines.
•Good written and spoken English; French is an asset.
•Experience with Canadian standards/design practices is an asset.
