Job Summary

Own end-to-end post-sales client relationships and support pre-sales research and pitch work across TikTok’s advertising solutions. Build and optimize full-funnel ad strategies, drive adoption of TikTok’s auction platform tools, and translate campaign performance data into actionable insights, case studies, and continuous improvements. Coordinate with internal teams (partnerships, product/engineering, creatives, measurement, ad operations, policy, and organic) to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow post-sale relationships with advertisers across verticals while supporting pre-sale research and pitch efforts with a focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
•Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business products, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products.
•Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools, providing technical support and real-time analysis.
•Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven business insights and develop case studies that inform improvements to advertising offerings.
•Coordinate with internal teams (product/engineering, creatives, measurement partners, ad policy, ad operations, and organic) to troubleshoot client issues, ensure campaign execution, and keep plans, schedules, and inventory records accurate.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end across in-house teams, agencies, platforms, or media, with a strong grasp of the full marketing funnel.
•Hands-on experience optimizing performance advertisers, including tracking, attribution, and measurement using tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and Omniture.
•A proactive, consultative approach with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
•High oral fluency in Russian or Kazakh to communicate directly with business partners across METAP and external clients/agencies across the CSA region.
•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
