Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, run, and adjust manufacturing equipment to produce plastic film and bag products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • •Follow and support safety, GMP, and HACCP policies, including daily section inspections and proper line shutdown.
  • •Perform routine quality checks, interpret standards, and adjust equipment to maintain specifications and reduce scrap.
  • •Optimize equipment settings for production yield and minimize downtime; execute timely changeovers and support minor maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • •Maintain good housekeeping, communicate with team members (including those who may not speak English), and assist with packing operations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •3 to 6 months experience as a Production Packer and/or in manufacturing in a related field.

  • •Ability to operate hand tools and measuring instruments, read work orders, and perform timely changeovers.
