Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement HSE management systems and guidelines to ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001.
  • •Advise business units on HSE requirements and support implementation of health and safety management systems.
  • •Conduct safety inspections and building safety assessments, including regular site visits to accommodations to ensure standards are followed.
  • •Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, run internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors and clients as required.
  • •Investigate HSE incidents and noncompliance events, identify root causes and trends, and recommend remedial actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in a similar HSE field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in science, HSE or equivalent.
  • •Recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or NVQ).
  • •Lead/internal auditor qualification in HSE management systems (ISO 45001 / 14001).
  • •Knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and regulations, plus basic first aid and fire fighting training.
