Key Responsibilities

  • •Explore founder themes around adversarial robustness for AI controlling critical infrastructure.
  • •Develop approaches for physical and digital integrity verification across independent sensors and control loops.
  • •Design incident response and forensics for AI-assisted physical breaches.
  • •Build a go-to-market strategy and an MVP to drive early traction and target ARR outcomes.
  • •Navigate the founder journey supported by Forum’s investment, validation, operating team, and fundraising playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Early-stage operator experience building, selling, and navigating the OT security and critical infrastructure world.
  • •Experience securing water utilities, energy operators, or critical manufacturing environments and understanding limitations of perimeter tools when AI operates the process.
  • •Experience building industrial cybersecurity or OT monitoring products and understanding buyer needs for AI-operated physical processes.
  • •The ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams.
  • •Canada or US-based and able to collaborate in North American time zones.
