Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project/program planning from pre-feasibility to close-out for BA Transformation, including scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure ownership, accountability, and clear communication across workstreams; act as an enabler to remove execution barriers.
  • •Manage program budgets, resource planning, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; maintain and update high-level and detailed plans as the project progresses.
  • •Maintain detailed RAIL weekly and support cutover planning; identify risks and deploy mitigation plans; secure sign-offs for strategy gate exits.
  • •Develop program roadmaps, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates; support change management, post-implementation reviews, handover, and document lessons learned.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •SAP knowledge is a must.
  • •Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Finance.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of work experience in relevant fields.
  • •Availability to travel up to 50% of time.
