Key Responsibilities

  • •Familiarize with brand philosophy and actively engage with customers to deliver passionate, inclusive brand experiences.
  • •Understand product knowledge and usage scenarios; listen to customer sports needs and provide expert solutions.
  • •Align product displays per standards, including daily restocking and seasonal adjustments.
  • •Perform stock management (incoming, returns, inventory, loss prevention) and manage cash register operations (checkout, till reconciliation, opening/closing).
  • •Proactively collaborate with store manager or shift leader to complete daily plans and handovers; contribute ideas to improve operations.
