Key Responsibilities

  • •Design electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, PCB design, and system-level integration.
  • •Troubleshoot issues spanning electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and software debugging tools.
  • •Develop low-level firmware/software for microcontrollers, embedded Linux systems, and supporting development and testing tools.
  • •Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
  • •Support new developments, active deployments, customer-operated hardware, and manage involvement in multiple projects across stages.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 34 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Return to school at the end of the internship to continue academic studies for at least one quarter or semester.
  • •Be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • •Complete an in-person 16 to 24-week internship in one of the offices in winter 2027.
  • •Ability to work across electrical and software boundaries while supporting prototype development and debugging.
