Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customers to assess security requirements and identify suitable solutions.
  • •Generate tailored solutions with a focus on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • •Collaborate with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery success.
  • •Provide expert knowledge of products and services to guide customers’ purchasing decisions.
  • •Service and maintain Honeywell and third-party equipment, including configuration, fault diagnosis, and repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Security Technician or Electrician.
  • •Ability to understand and explain electronic security systems to clients (training provided).
  • •Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • •Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
  • •EWP licence.
