Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with product development teams to apply data mining, analytics, and machine learning to understand customer usage and adoption
  • •Lead junior and senior data scientists and analysts while applying statistical techniques to model customer behavior and trends
  • •Build predictive and descriptive statistical models for customer lifetime value, retention, and related metrics
  • •Develop and execute a data science roadmap in collaboration with others to drive business and product strategy
  • •Communicate complex analysis and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Key Requirements

  • •MS/PhD in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Statistics/Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields
  • •Proficient in Python
  • •Experience with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • •Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
  • •Experience with data science toolkits and statistical/ML concepts (e.g., pandas, scikit, TensorFlow, hypothesis testing, regression, ML techniques)
