Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant processing of multinational insurance programs (IIP/Incoming), with a Swiss market focus. Serve as a key link between Underwriting, Accounting, brokers, and international customers by converting international contract information into local Swiss policy wordings. Execute contract-related tasks, support reinsurance processes, manage premium follow-up in collaboration with Accounting, and maintain standards through KPIs/SLAs and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Process contract-related activities of medium to high complexity within international insurance programs (IIP), focused on Liability.
•Provide information and answer coverage questions in close collaboration with Underwriting and according to assigned authorities.
•Convert international insurance descriptions into local Swiss policy wording, including standard and non-standard wordings/policies.
•Ensure, review, and complete official reinsurance processes and coordinate premium follow-up with Accounting.
•Update IT systems for new and renewal business and issue premiums invoices, policies, certificates, and endorsements; support brokers and reinsurers to ensure timely premium payments.

Key Requirements

•Completed education/qualification in insurance or an equivalent qualification in the finance sector.
•Several years of relevant experience in policy processing for international commercial insurance customers across more than one line of business, preferably Liability.
•Detailed knowledge of legal guidelines and regulatory frameworks in the insurance environment.
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with relevant operating applications/systems.
•Fluent German and English (C1 or higher) and strong communication/teamwork skills.
