  • •Lead and develop IT Operations in the San Francisco hub by coaching and supporting the IT Operations team and contractors.
  • •Oversee performance management, SLAs, and escalate issues; create documentation and deploy new systems and processes to scale.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards for helpdesk metrics (CSAT, SLAs, most common issues) to identify root causes and drive solutions.
