Job Summary

Own the sales strategy for Trane/Thermo King air-side solutions by partnering with the regional sales team and coordinating with technical support to tailor competitive technical proposals. Track regional market and competitors, identify project opportunities, expand into new areas, and drive sales and profit targets. Manage projects through the company sales process, including contract execution and collections, while analyzing results and continuously adjusting direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer needs and work with technical support to deliver competitive air-side technical solutions.
•Monitor regional market and competitors, expand into new areas, and promote air-side product solutions to achieve sales and profit targets.
•Proactively pursue project opportunities aligned with company strategy to broaden market coverage and enhance product influence.
•Collect market and competitor information to improve product performance, quality, application, and customer experience.
•Follow the company sales process for project progression, complete sales targets, handle contract execution and collections, and analyze/summarize sales work to adjust direction.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering-related fields such as HVAC, building environment and equipment engineering, or mechatronics.
•3+ years of direct sales experience in central air-conditioning products, with prior air-side product sales experience preferred.
•Ability to create and interpret CAD drawings.
•Some customer resources (engineering general contracting, design institutes, or industry customers).
•Willingness to travel for the assigned region; strong communication, teamwork, and proactive ownership of sales outcomes.
