Manager, Program Management – Commercial Development

Lead the day-to-day program management function for commercial development initiatives supporting large-load customers. Oversee planning, execution, governance, and delivery of utility infrastructure expansion and customer interconnection projects across electric and gas systems. Partner with economic development, account management, engineering, system planning, regulatory, and construction teams to manage dependencies, risks, schedules, milestones, and capacity alignment, while reporting KPIs and delivering executive-ready business cases.
