Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional scrum team (developers, business analysis, and QA) with end-to-end accountability for assigned product services and feature areas.
  • •Write and review production C# and .NET Core code daily, setting standards for code quality and reviewability.
  • •Own end-to-end technical delivery within established architecture and engineering standards, producing analysis and implementation plans ahead of development.
  • •Design and implement Temporal workflows and event-driven integrations, including multi-tenant authentication/authorization using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect with Keycloak and OpenFGA.
  • •Diagnose performance issues across the .NET stack and stabilize post-release work, while line-managing engineers and driving sprint delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with the majority in C# and .NET in production environments.
  • •Recognized depth in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core, with ownership of non-trivial services end to end and strong runtime reasoning.
  • •Expert-level Entity Framework Core, including migrations and query performance tuning, with the ability to use raw SQL when needed.
  • •Asynchronous and concurrent programming expertise in .NET, including async/await correctness, cancellation, and thread-pool behavior.
  • •At least 2 years leading engineering teams with direct experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineers.
