Administer complex structured finance transactions within Global Structured Finance, overseeing cash, collateral, and asset activities to ensure compliance with governing documents, legal requirements, and risk controls. Serve as a subject matter expert for VIPR Cash Event Rules and straight-through processing initiatives, driving onboarding, user adoption, training, and the development of standardized, automated workflows. Partner with stakeholders to manage implementation progress, resolve process gaps, and improve operational scalability.

•Manage cash, collateral, and asset activities for complex structured finance transactions while ensuring compliance and adherence to risk management controls.
•Act as the primary SME for VIPR Cash Event Rules (CER), leading transaction onboarding, user adoption, and training across the GSF platform.
•Develop and continuously enhance standardized processes, controls, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and support STP and automation objectives.
•Partner with business stakeholders to monitor implementation progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve process gaps.
•Support the evolution of automated cash and collateral management processes and contribute to scalable, sustainable operating practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent work experience.
•Eight or more years of related work experience.

•Ability to interpret transaction documents and ensure compliance with governing documents, legal requirements, and risk management controls.
•Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications; ability to create spreadsheets for simple cash flow calculations.
